Casa dei Papi is an entire home in Collamato, a small village on the hills of Fabriano, between Marche and Umbria.
Here, time still moves at the pace of the village: slow, simple, made of houses, nicknames, lanes, mountain views and days to live without hurry.
The name comes from a typical village tradition: nicknames. Here, an episode, a trait or a way of being can become a name that lasts. So “il Papa” is not a title, but a nickname; and his wife, naturally, becomes “la Papessa”. This is where Casa dei Papi comes from: a small piece of village memory.
Staying here means stepping, for a few days, into an atmosphere made of stone, silence, mountains and village life. A place where houses do not only have an address, but also a story.
The house is on two levels and is ideal for anyone looking for space, peace and the freedom to organize their stay. The three rooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the first floor; the living area and equipped kitchen, with direct access to the large outdoor space, are on the ground floor.
It is also suitable for anyone who wants to stay a few extra days and work remotely in a quiet setting, alternating focused work, outdoor breaks and days spent discovering the area.
Outside, it offers a large private space with panoramic mountain views: a place to use as a solarium, a convivial area, a play space or simply a quiet corner to stop, read, dine outdoors and look at the landscape.
